    What do I have to do to make sure I don't get fined for my oil and fuel storage needs? Please help.

      That is actually easy.
      1. follow all health and safety compliance set by MSHA
      2. get an inspector check out your place for necessary changes
      3. provide the right msha safety training
      4. have the right PPE
